The number left a message saying they were in Las Vegas Nevada. The also said they were publisher's clearing house.

I rec'd phone call from Publisher Clearing House stating I had won, $15,000.000.00 and I 2010 Mercedes Benz -- I was to send a check for $1,500.00 to a lady in Munic, Germany and not tell
Western Union that I had won a lottery.  I asked for a copy of this information on their letter Head.  It was PCH.COM -- Publishers Clearing House, 6145 Harrison Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89120 Tel 1-909-233-6442  the call was from the Claims Department Manager, James Marshal

I asked, Why am I sending the money to Germany?? This information did not make sense.  I told him I would give the check when PCH arrived to give me my winnings

I asked they send me an E-Mail with their information on it; which is the information you have above.  I received the call, 07-09-10 and message was left to call James Marshal at 1-908-233-6442.
