I know it is a shame how people want to take advantage of certain things, I am glad for the Internet in certain aspects for be able to look things up when you are wiery of the situation. And yes if you won something you should never have to pay anything.

You are right if you win the lottery we all know here in the US the taxes are taken off the top and you get the rest...We never pay money on it..You never have to buy a prepaid green dot card or wire money to another country or to some one else in the USA to get winnings.
