You have won $10.000, there is a check for you at Federal Express; you need to give Federal Express banking information so that they can deposit your check. I told the caller to keep the money. The caller call back two more times trying to persuade me to give her personal info in order for me to claim the money.

I got a call from a Mr. Washington on this number and he referred me to a different number which I called. They kept asking for my personal info. I wanna know who these people are ASAP.

They are scammers from Jamaica, the island in the Caribbean not the borough in New York.  If you called another 876 number it is not a toll free number and you may be billed huge amounts of money for making that call.
