Jamaican sweepstakes scam.  Caller is Mr David or Mr John.  Demands payment to release funds. Persistent, rude and will threaten you if you don't comply.  All 876 numbers should be blocked as once they learn you've blocked them, they'll call you with another number, sometimes as much as 5 times a day. Although the Jamaican government is aware of these scams and state they'll work with U.S. authorities to stop them, they won't. I can't believe in this day and age of technology, we are unable to shut down or prosecute these thieves.
