We were one of 1,000 people by chance and was the 1st prize winner of 11.5 million from Publishers Clearing House.  They number they reached me on was for a Veteran's organization on the day after Veteran's Day.  I managed to keep him on the line for a little over 8 minutes before he got mad and hung up on me.  He called about 9:30 a.m. and said they were going to deliver the check at 3:00 p.m.  I asked where he was calling from and he said North Carolina, while the caller id said the call was from Kingston, JM.  UPS would deliver the check and I just needed to present the claim check.  I asked where do I get the claim check and he hung up on me.
