I received a voice mail from this number. Strange message. An accented caller who identified himself as David White, said he was calling me about a certified check and left a number for me to return the call. My phone number is registered with donotcall.gov so telemarketers or other phone solicitors should not be calling me. Sounded like a scam to me, since I did not register for any prize.
