Had 6 calls last week (Feb 4 to 8-2019)  did not engage. None on weekend. Received call again Mon Feb 11, he claimed to be 'Publishers Clearing House'.  Asked him 'where are you calling from?' He tried to say Saskatchewan. He asked where am I?. I said Jamaica, he hung up.

Called my 95 yo mother and she hung up. Called back asking why she hung up, she hung up again. Called a third time, this time I answered. Same question - ‘why did you hang up’? Said he was from Publishing Clearing House. I requested to be removed from call list. He then proceeded to call me a b-itch several times and told me to F off.

DO  NOT return the call..expensive  international long distance  to a CROOK in Jamaica!!!
