I got a phone call from this number with a man claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House and that I had just won 3.8 million dollars.  All I had to do is give him 189$ to have the money come to my home.  I asked him where he was calling from and he said Toronto.  When I asked the address he hung up.  This number is a cell phone registered in Jamaica.

    3) The 876 (Jamaica) prefix is VERY frequently used by scammers, and WILL cost you money if you call it back and don't have free international calling.
