caller says he is in my city then names my city and says I am a random winner for a second prize in Publishers clearing house I said yea right and was about to hang up when he said two inaudible words like as if my phone was dropping the call.  I found out that this is something like the one ring scam where they get you to call back THIS 876 number where WHEN YOU CALL THEM it is a TOLL CALL charging you 20 bucks to be connected and 20 bucks a minute or more just racking up toll charges against YOUR PHONE
