- ScamKiller| 2 repliesCalled my home phone a couple of times. I decided to hit 1 and talk to them. I got into an argument with the guy for about 10 min. After a bit I said you are either a scammer just playing dumb or you really have no clue that he works for criminals. Blocked.

- Jim replies to Richard A CuddyI've gotten these calls over the last couple days as well with same recorded message. I do not have and ICloud account and I don't have/use any Apple products. In process of blocking the # I called it to be sure it was a real number. Sure enough, it is Apple's Accessibility Support line. Therefore the number is Spoofed. I also got the same recording this afternoon from another number.
- GrrrThis is a scam. They called from a number spoofing the main Apple Care number 45 minutes before they called from this number, using the same computer-generated recording saying my iCloud had been hacked. Both times they said to call the "toll free number" 646-779-4978 if I didn't press '1' to speak with someone immediately.

- Eli| 1 replyPakistani Apple scam caller. I pressed 1 to talk to them. They asked how they could help me. I said I received a call and hadn't called them and they hung up.

- Jthey left an automated message alleging to be apple support advisor and to contact them at "toll free" 646-779-4978. I'm from the Bronx so it's pretty hard to scam me. It's obvious this is a scam. Common sense, google apple support, it's a different number plus apple does not call you.

- Amarynd| 1 replyReceived 3 calls with each one leaving the Apple Support message saying that there was suspicious activity on my account. They called several hours later and I hit ‘1’ to talk to someone. They were of middle eastern accent and when they asked how they could ‘help’ I replied: ‘I dunno, you guys called me saying there was suspicious activity on my account, so you tell me.’ Asked if I was near a computer/laptop to access my account. Told them no, they said to call back when I was and hung up immediately.

- Lexe| 6 repliesI spoke with Benjamin Parker who said he was Apple Support. He said someone from Russia & China/overseas is accessing my account. He asked me if I had given my password to someone or if I was overseas. I told him no. He told me not to do any shopping or banking on my computer and that we needed to see what was going on. He instructed me to hold the windows key on my keyboard and type the letter R. Then he instructed me to type CMD when the box opens up. Then told me to hit “ok”Then instructed me to type “Netstat” – and then I stopped him and said I needed to do this later. He said he needed to see my accounts connections. I said to him that I was busy and he kept pushing the issue for me to continue with the process because it needs to be done. I told him to give me a phone number and I will call him back. He provided me with the phone number of 1877-204-3930 which he called from but he also called me from 718-307-1139 but it was a bad connections. I told him I’d call him back but he said I shouldn’t have to call him and insisted on a time for him to call me back. He kept asking what was my reason for not finishing the process with him and I said b/c I’m busy. He said he would call me back in one hour. I’m afraid to follow thru with the rest of the instructions because I have a feeling he is trying to take over my computer. – Any thoughts??
- Caller: Apple Support??

- Randy replies to Lexe| 1 replyIt's a very good thing you stopped before completing Netstat and giving him all of the internet addresses your computer was using! Congrats on not giving him the data he wanted!!!
- CHS replies to RandyI also Googled the number, and it is right there on Apple's website. So I did a chat session with Apple and they confirmed that no one will call you from this number. So it has apparently been spoofed - how do they do that?!
