called from quick cash.net wanting money or papers were going to a processor

These people that called from this number is called First American Solutions (FAS)

They call themselves "the legal department"

They are really a bill collector just like every other one, except they will go to as far as calling your or leaving you a message stating that papers will be delivered to your home in 24 hours and that they have someone in the area.  They say this to scare you into paying them quicker.  Don't fall for it.  This is against FDCPA and they can be fined and you can get up to 1000.00.

They have no legal grounds they may sound like an attorney but they aren't.  Don't fall for it and don't pay them.
