How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?

Have no clue what it is referring to.

This number hasn't been calling for a while and just started calling again this morning at 9:16am, no message caller ID just shows Out of Area! I believe it to be a scam and I will not answer any calls that are out of area, unavailable, unknown, private etc. I blocked this number before also called the "do not call"number to report such calls but that doesn't seem to be working I still get calls! Ugh! How do we end such calls?; Very annoyed and frustrated! There should be a law against these types of calls!

If you received a call from this number then it's highly likely that you have an Account with "K.Jordan."  Other businesses associated with K.Jordan are "Stoneberry, Masseys, and Mason Easy-Pay".  If you don't have an Account with one of these businesses then your spouse, significant other, etc does.  Or someone has opened an account in your name.  This is NOT a SPAM/SCAM Call.

Its also a possibility its a scammer, since they can spoof ANY number. The first post already mentioned the name and didn't know who they were. If someone did have an account, I think they would know who called if it was a legitimate call with that name in the CallerID.
You can't reassure anyone who their caller will be, so its best not to trust a caller you don't recognize.

Strange you posted that in a number that no one has been in for a year now. I would not trust that you know what your talking about. That screen name (Financially Handicapped) has posted misleading comments before.....
