    I called the number back and got "Medco" They claim to be a Medicare part D provider. I spoke to someone and told them I wished to be removed from their calling list given I am 19 and have no intrest in their services. He took my name and phone number and submited a request for my number to be deleted from their call list. He said that it would take up to 7 days for this to go into effect. Let's hope it works, because getting 3 calls a day from them is very annoying.
