    This is a law firm debt collector located in Warren, MI.  If you have defaulted on a credit card or other  collectible debt.  I personally deal with this company every month just to avoid the garnishment of my check (wages).  I can tell you that if they have a judgement against you from court, they will track your banking information and place a hold on your account or any account that has your name on it..even joint accounts, and take whatever money is in there.  If you do not set up a "payment agreement" with them they can legally take money from your account once every 28 days!  even money that is not allowed to be garnished, say unemployment benefits or disability payments, they can still take the money once it is deposited into your account.  Honest, this has happened to be and my boyfriend.

    It is illegal to take money that is not allowed to be garnished from a bank account and you may sue them for doing so. Contact a lawyer.
