Received recorded messages from "Madison Kelly" at work and home numbers, also contacted former family members. Stated she was with NCR Claims Dept and there were two alleged claims against me and my SSN.  Said I needed to call her back at a different number 855-531-3530 by 2PM same day. Researched number and found similar calls made to other people using different numbers.  Illegal debt practices or scam attempting to intimidate people into calling back and providing personal information. Did not answer call and told family members and former family to delete messages.

I have been receiving calls for months from Madison Kelly concerning two claims filed against me.  She proceeds to read a script stating only one claim number.  She also called my brother asking for me.  If these are truly claims against me, why haven't I received any mail communication?  If this is an outstanding bill they should send me the bill or send a collections notice.

They're trying to embarrass you into paying them what is likely a non-existent debt. They can't garnish your wages without a court order, either. Tell them to mail you proof of the debt along with proof they're legally entitled to collect said debt. Refusal to do so - for any reason - is proof of the scam.

the person calling from NCR this time is Karen--sounding more masciline. Stating they have two charges against a older family member of mine. When asked for documents; all of a sudden-they could not speak to me. Same scam attempts as listed above.

Same as above. Sent me a text message stating is was "Madison Kelly" from NCR regarding 2 civil claims against me and my social security number.  Then left a voicemail from 877-205-6058. She even mentioned a place that I worked 2 years ago.  She had my address and was calling all my family members.  After searching for NCR, Madison Kelly, and the phone number 855-531-3530, nothing came up.  She said I had until 5pm to answer her.  Total scam!!

"Madison Kelly" calls and threatens, very unprofessional, and although she calls around because she has access to old debts or certain personal info, this is not legit. This is harassment and I will take her and her aggressive company to court. Google search all the numbers she calls on. It's bogus. Don't give her any information and don't let this [***] intimidate you.
