Interesting....they left a recorded message to appear before some criminal court...that this was their 2nd attempt....and that I need to call back this number blah blah blah. Trying to figure out what type of scam this is...as I'm sure it is.

Same expereicen about this possible scam.  I got 2 automated calls from the numer with some message about appearing before a Federal Court or being charge with failure to appear.  When I called back the number I got another automated mesage that it was not able to receive calls. Must be a scam.

Sounds like either the Social Security or IRS scam.  They use similar wording about "2nd intentional attempt to avoid appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury"

Voicemail... "To resolve this issue, please call this number to speak with a federal agent"
