Allegedly a firm called Waterman that processes sealed documents and complaints. I had a bankruptcy back in 2010 and this all leads back to an old pay day loan that was covered in the bankruptcy. These scammers never stop. I gave them my attorney name and supposedly they have closed the case once again. They spoof the number through a local area code .  It will start up again, has for 7 years. They are all in violations of federal law harassing me with attempting to collect on a discharged debt. Nothing gets done as they keep switching their phones and locations. They threaten me all the time and it has negatively impacted my health. Good luck if they are harassing you.

This phone # is a scam they called me and left a message that "a locator" is trying to serve me with sealed documents and went as far to contact my employer.  I called them back and they said i took out a loan in 2010 with Advance America.  He said once i get the papers from the locator they couldn't help me and he didn't know what the judge would do to me.  I told him that i heard this before and i know for a fact i did't take a loan out with this company and i would call him back.  When i contact the loan company they have no record of me ever taking out a loan with them and that it's a scam.  I called this company back and told them to not contact me again that its a scam and that i was contacting the attorney general and the state of Illinois.  They hung up.  Please don't fall this.  If it's a true collection agency they have to provide you with any paper work by law and can't charge for it.

We keep getting phone calls from various debt collectors for the person who owned the phone number before us.  It is very annoying and I have asked every company that calls to stop
