Called about some unknown debt with above number to call, giving an account number to reference. Called them, and they wanted me to "verify" my identity by providing my address, SS# and birthdate: told them  I wan't interested in providing that information, and to send anything valid to my address "of record" in their alleged file.

what are they thinking calling at 10 at night and calling about a family member

This number called my husbands ex which now makes it against the law if it was a real debt.  We do not know of any debt from them but if they were collecting they could be sued for giving information to someone who was not the person they were looking for.  It is against the law to disclose any information about debt collection.  This person broke the law and will be getting a phone call.  I see in alot of reviews for this number it is a scam but they crossed the line this time.  They told her they are a collection agency attempting to collect a debt.  This is now a disclosure of personal information case.  I only listed them as a debt collector since this is how they said it.  Also there is record of the call from them to a number that neither me or my husband have.  Big mistake!!

I wouldn't know why a dept collection firm would be calling me, since my house is paid off and such. Sounds like a scam to me. Although I used to get calls from this type trying to collect debts for my business, which did nothing on credit. I'd like the sink the whole lot in an old ship, vultures!

This is obviously some type of scam. They start the call trying to verify who you are by spitting out a bunch of your personal information , as if this is adding some validity to the call. I told them I could not verify anything and would not help them if he couldn't tell me why he was calling. He started telling me my address and my ssn like I was supposed to be afraid and say "Oh, you have my info so this must be a legit call." He finally got mad and  hung up. So much for a real collection agency. Never tell anyone anything over the phone. If they want to contact you tell them to put it in the mail.

Calling me constantly for the last 3 weeks. Want personal info but won't id themselves or discuss what it's about until I "verify my info" by answering some questions up-front. Surely they know in these days of identity theft and such that I'm not about to give personal info or even utter "yes" (when my voice might be getting recorded) until I know who it is and what it's about... Silly folks.

They have called me 9 times in the last week.  I never answer and they never leave a message.  I don't answer calls from numbers I do not recognize and certainly don't give out any personal information over the phone.

What ever happened to this type of stuff not happening to cell phones? @ that point is when the line got crossed!!!  I think these guys are just being scavengers! (scum baggs)

Calls my cell phone all the time. I never answer numbers I don't know, but they never leave a message. I figure if it is important, they would. After reading this, I'm glad that I don't answer.

Calls all time of day or night on my cell. never leaves a message.  My husband is in military and has been warned this is a scam.

Has called me 2x. 1st time they didn't answer when I picked up, 2nd time they didn't leave any message.

Has been calling me for the past month at all hours of the day, sometimes, 2-3 times a day, but they never leave a message. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. After reading these comments, I'm glad I haven't, nor will I.

Also, I do not have any outstanding debt that is owed. My bills are paid timely & monthly, so this must be a scam....???

they have been calling my phone for weeks..now i find out they have called my mother in law asking for me!!

Mum and I get a calls from this number at least 15 times a day sometimes in succesion .I tried to block this number and it cannot be blocked called the phone co. and they can not help.The caller does not talk just listens.This is a terrible nuisance as my Mum is handicapped and not in good health.If you think of a way to stop these calls."8772076187"please reply thank you.Sonny

Me too!They call us in succession at least ten times a night and this number can not be blocked and phone company will not help.

They call constantly.No response just keep calling.
