They called me and identify itself as a Social security representative stating I was not qualified to apply for Social security

It's not social security. It's Freedom Social Security Advocates. I found it quite ironic actually. I contacted them based on their web site quite some time ago. My claim has been ruled on now; favorably, I would like to add, and their response time was roughly three years.

They're looking for clients. Stick with someone near you for representation because they'll have more experience with the deciding judge.
