Seriously?  With friends like that who needs enemies.  This is not Google.  Google does not call you except in certain instances and not from this number.  There is also nothing about charging for updating information. Now either you are extremely misinformed or you are shilling for these crooks.  Which is it?

Called and told us our business power would be cut off in an hour if I didn't call this number back ASAP. Obvious scam the callback number is not affiliated with Kansas city power and light.
