Been working with them myself. They wouldn't cold-call, only to confirm a pick up, unless they got your number by mistake. (They're not very efficient)

This is Rusty's Auto Salvage & they really aren't efficient. I could barely understand half of what the caller said due to background noise, his phone, & his accent (I understood only 3 or 4 words from the voice mail he left before I called them back).

I got a quote from them over the phone then told them I was going to keep shopping around. The caller gave me his name & my reference #. That was earlier this afternoon.  They have now called me another 3 times without leaving a message (it's been every 2 hours).

They've called me 3 times today after I told them yesterday I was just shopping around for quotes. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere, really.

CASH FOR JUNK CARS. THEY CALL AND TRANSFER YOU TO SOMEBODY W/ ALOT OF BACKGROUND NOISES AND ITS SUPER HARD TO HEAR ANYTHING. THE CALL WILL EITHER DISCONNECT OR THEY OFFER YOU SOME ASS RIDICULOUS PRICE. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME

I contact this car salvage company more than 4 weeks ago, they made me an offer and scheduled to pick the car up and to pay me cash.  I waited for four days and they never picked up the car.  When I called and complained about the car still sitting, they put me on hold and then said that they found someone else who would come and get the car but I would have to sign the car over to them and then wait for a check...wasn't born yesterday.  DON'T TRUST THEM!

They called me out of the blue and I have no clue as to how they knew my car or my telephone number.  The accent of first guy was a little tough to understand. They transferred me to a lady who was hard to understand because of background noise.  When the asked for VIN, I hung up.  Not sure I would trust them.
