- David R.| 1 replyHow strange... I got a call from them as well this morning. Now, I _am_ an Express Scripts customer, but the health plan name was unrecognized. I called them back (T-Mobile reported their caller ID as "Express Scripts"), and I got an Express Scripts greeting, and an actual human, and I got no red flags during my 5-minute conversation with him... this honestly sounded like a legit call. He said that he could see their automated system called out to me, but there was no need/reason for the call. Sounds like a fluke on Express Scripts' part.

- David R. replies to David R.I called Express Scripts' 800 number just now (not this one, the one from their website), and they confirmed that yes, this was in fact a call made from their systems, and that they had a record of the call I made back to them immediately after. The tips on remember to take medication was in fact the purpose of the call (logging in to my ES account, that was one of the "wellness" alerts they had). So this is a legit Express Scripts number. Doesn't explain why the automated voice said it was calling on behalf of the wrong health plan, though.. probably a bug in their system.
- Connie M.They keep calling me and my husband asking for our dates of birth to confirm that they had the correct person. I hang up, because the call is a robocall asking for our personal information. Upon checking online and determining that they are legit, I called them at 800-282-2881 and had our phone number removed from their calling list. I believe they would like mail orders for our pharmaceuticals (not sure), but we prefer to use our current pharmacies. Plus, our pharmacy might submit claims through them (once again, not sure.) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Express_Scripts

- Amber DExpress Scripts. Calls both me, and my husband constantly. Wants to "remind" us we may have prescriptions to renew, and to call them. Sorry. No. We are Capable of calling refills in to our local pharmacy. I've discussed my scripts with my doctor, and am fully aware of what I am taking. Any conversations that are needed would be through my Doctor, not a stranger on a unsolicited phone call. This call comes through as "Toll Free", they don't identify themselves, and leave a lengthy message. Never answer. Adding to the blocked list.

- GolaThis is Express Scripts, and they call ALL THE TIME. They also use different numbers, which I have been blocking. I'm perfectly capable of ordering my own meds, and consulting with my DOCTORS regarding how/when to take them. Recorded blurbs that slaughter my name are offensive and intrusive. I would never discuss my meds with a complete, total stranger, unsolicited, over the phone. I'll be blocking this number too!
- Louise| 1 replyI do not want or need reminders from Express Scripts, they are intrusive and ask for too much personal information!
