This number has been calling me for about the last week ; and when i answer the phone I here music on the other end for the first few seconds and then a prerecorded message to please hold . On September 10.2009 I talked with sales person and ask them who were they; she replyed  "Heaven " I asked her not to call my phone any more .

I believe this is a strategy of cell phone companies to make more mony by giving out span calls

This number has called my cell phone 4 times.  I finally listed my number with the do not call registry and reported them.  Everybody else needs to do the same thing.

This is a debt collection co. called CRA or Collection Recovery Associates.

This number has been calling once a day for the last two weeks.  There is music and then messages that the call is important to them and please hold.  These messages are repeated and then a message that all agents are busy and please call later.  The call is for Taylor Utz, so they have the wrong number and it is using up my cell phone minutes.  I don't know how to make them stop. I have listed my number on the government Do Not Call List, but if they think this number belongs to Taylor and they have business with him/her, they won't quit calling.  Help!

I get 3 calls a day from this number. Last night as late as 8:30 pm. Since there is no actual person there when you answer the phone, it is impossible to tell them to stop calling. I get the same music as you mentioned and then they say all their people are busy. I've called the number back and it asks me for a case number....whatever that means. It's so frustrating and I have no idea how to get them to stop calling. I also put my number on the donotcall list with no success.

This number calls my business every other day looking for someone American Healthcare out sourcing alternatives. you have to call them back to even know who is calling you as they do not identify themselves
and as a office manager it is a super hassle

Get at least a call a day on my home phone, and when I call back, there is never anyone there.  And I do not owe anyone anything.

Caller ask to talk with my wife, I told her that she was at work.  She asked if I would please have my wife call her as late as 8 PM.  When I asked her what this was in regard to, she said it was a business matter and question who I was in relation to her., I told her that I was her husband and she didn't want to talk with me.  Her name she says is Marcy Smith.  Sounds fictitious to me.

Under the circumstances, you're under no obligation to speak with these people. If they want to pursue any legal avenues, they can do through the courts. Otherwise, ignore and just hang up.
