Someone owning this phone number keeps calling and harrasing about some product they allegedly sold me. Now they are trying to "sue" me for the money. I know for a fact this is a fraud as I have not ordered such product. The person calling speaks in spanish

This is my mother they have been harrassing her about a package that she needs to pay $249 for a package that is at the post office and they need to release it. They told her that she needs to pay the amount in a money order so that she can release the package to her. How do we stop them.
