I just got a call from 1-877-247-4966 asking for a relative of mine and saying he has been charged in a lawsuit and to call ADR at the above number.  The name of the lady that called is Linda Tucker.  This is a scam......!!!!!!!!!

yes i got a call from the same number and name Adriana brown she gave a detail message requesting my address and work address and stated there has been a claimed filed againist me and gave a claim # and state that i have been offically notified and she need to start a process and received my paperwork in her office.From what I know this is illegal and breaking the FDCPA law act and they are full of [***]....

My mother called me saying she received a call from these people saying a lawsuit had been filed against me and also that I used her as a reference and used her phone number. I called them and chewed them out. The address they had for me was one I lived at 3 years ago for a few months before going to prison!! Plus my mom didn't even have the phone number she now has 3 years ago!!!! Something needs to be done!!

I looked up the number because this is the number that was given to me by Tonya Morgan who claimed to be a private processor.  I humored myself and called the number to find out that not only Tonya Morgan not a private processor, but she is nothing more than a person who works in an office that is hired to locate people for collection agencies.  

My debt is a valid one, although it is 2 years old.  I lost my job and tried to work with the company directly in 2009, but when given the pay it now or don't pay anything at all spiel, of course I said screw them and walked away.  

I spoke with a couple of gentlemen at this Worldwide ADR Firm, which is an interesting name for a collection agency.  None of them were rude or abrasive, and even Tonya Morgan found herself telling me that she was just trying to do her job.  I suppose that I was pretty bitchy, but oh well, if you keep calling me over and over and over again, that's what you're gonna get.  Oh!  And she managed to call my mother-in-law whom I would never use for a reference.  My mother-in-law got a new phone number in January, so it's amazing the lengths they go to in an effort to scare folks into paying.  I work at a law firm, so I'm not easily intimidated, if you're going to serve me, do it.   Someone here will handle it for me pro bono.  :)

However, I'm going to pay only because I know that it's a valid debt and because the people I spoke to were nice and got rid of all of the fees and even that dumbass $200 locator fee for Tonya's annoying ass.

Oh yeah!  Stay away from Check-n-Go.  They literally want me to repay 2x the amount I borrowed.  SMH  '_'

Got a rude call out of the blue from a company allegedly hired to "find me" to file a law suit.  Gruff intimidating nasty guy, who offered me one chance to go through "mediation".  Gave me a number 877-247-4966 and a case number.  I called the number.  Right Name, Right Cell, but wrong address, wrong associates, wrong address history, wrong car type, wrong birth date, wrong last 4 of social, wrong everything, and STILL they try to threaten me that they're going to serve me with a law suit.  GO AHEAD!!  While I was talking to Leslie, with Worldwide, I could swear I heard that "officer type guy" in the background probably calling a whole phone book of people with my name looking for whomever this other person is.  RUDE, NASTY and should be illegal!!

Don't associate wirth the person they are askin for.

my mother recieved a phone call asking for money in the amount of $488.00, when she asked what was the company name, address, account number & why. They did not respond, only asking for payment to be sent. Watch out people this is a scam
