This is the number that Regina Hall left on my voicemail in regards to a "claim" I had against me and that I would be served papers. I didn't call the number because this scam has been going on for a while. They try to contact me every few months. The number Regina called from is 631-318-3183

Received two messages from Nicole Carter requesting my daughter return her call.  She mentioned she will be coming to her home or place of employment to serve her papers. She also mentioned her supervisor will need to be present to witness it.

Total scam.  No legitimate process server calls you up in advance and tells you he or she is coming by.  Ignore and block the calls.

i received this phone call today. i did my research and it was legit. I called the county and my name was on the court calendar after refusing to pay. I called back and made full restitution....

You're a LIAR, a FRAUD & a SHILL! Would you like to prove me wrong? Go right ahead. Give us the VALID physical address to this outfit. NOT a box number or a "Suite" number at a UPS store! Do NOT give us excuses or BS! If you were on a court calendar then this outfit had to have provided all their valid information to the court. Cough up that information. We'll be waiting...

I received the same message did my research thought it was a scam turned out it it wasnt, called back the number they explained everything now im in full compliance paying my restitution.

i cant believe these guys had some one sent to my house and my job damn nearly caused me my employment

they really helped me clear up my credit they are very kind there

What company are they calling on behalf of? If I am to appear in court a sheriff would need to supply me with a Summons and a date .. They can not simply say I was non compliant? If I don't receive court papers how Am I to know I must appear? Typically a judgement will then be issued. A debt is a civil matter.

Now you've really given yourself away Fraud-boy! Everyone knows that ONLY the low-life scum that try to collect invalid/bogus debt use the term "Professional debtor". Oh & BTW, I don't owe you, or anyone else, a single dime. I'm your worst enemy. I have a FICO score you can only dream of & I can spot a fraud all the way through the internet.

Yet another call from this "return call number" for the 4th time in less than 30 days.  Nicole Carter this time around saying the same crap that they need my address and work info to "serve" me papers, but no mention of which client wants them handed to me which is a big clue since they are required to disclose that during the call. Legally they are obligated to send letters via mail (if they have your unlisted phone number they sure as hell have your address and absolutely are not permitted to serve you at work) and a sherif is responsible for bringing the legal documents.  I've only once picked up the phone thinking it was a customer of mine to get someone from this line who would not disclose their company or mailing address.  Needless to say the conversation went downhill from there and I hung up and blocked the number.  They proceeded to call me from a new number.

My information has been stolen several times. I've been dealing with these low life piece of craps for years. The funny thing is they call my wife and step mother. I call them out every-time on it. several different phone numbers they have called me from all of which I have block to include unavailable. We all know the process these matters have to go through and they bank on getting someone who doesn't know. Its pretty obvious by some of the replies here its the damn scammers remarks. Just wish the BBB, FBI, or some other federal agency would do something about this [***]. It gets tired. What type of accent is the person speaking in this time? The best remark I got from the last person was its your job to figure out who i'm calling on behalf of to which I laughed and said go F*** yourself. The proceeded by saying please sign nope and I said by the way this whole phone call was recording and I tracked your location, he hung up immediately. Use their tactics against them. Its sad people like this pray on those who don't know and 5 out of 100 people they call will pay only to realize in the end it was a scam. Don't be fooled do your research when you don't know. Don't fall victim to these low life's.

You can't even call the 877 number back it wont go thru.......I want to give these [***] a piece of my mind yet again............Big F**ken scam. More than likely the disconnected this number already as it has been reported.....give it a couple of more days and im sure they will be using another one.
