Just received 1st call from them today..........hmmm......i guess I  need to research them.

Did a liitle research on the internet and couldn't find much, so I returned their call...Just to learn that it was th Law Office of Mitchell N Kay................they have been calling my house everyday of the week, AND every week of the month.

Each week that they call,they are calling from a different toll-free number, they have also called from:

866-655-5826 AND 866-355-9587

That is just a couple numbers that they call from..........there are many more!

Just goes to show how incompetent their business is!

I got a call while I was out. I called them back and told them I got a call and asked to be taken off their calling list. They looked up my number (I wouldn't give them my name), and they said they were calling for somebody else. They also said that it was probably the person who had my phone number before me since I only had this number for two months. They apologized and said they would take me off their calling list. Hopefully that's that.

Glad we reserched these people. We are A Christian Ministry Non Profit Organization that has called today Harassing us over someone we don't even know!!!

Number showed up on my caller ID. I guess I now know who they are and can continue to ignore them if they call back.

Said I had a major debt that has been uncollected. Yeah, right...house, car, and credit cards are all paid for.

I keep getting calls from this number day and night.  I have a new phone number and have only given it to my wife.  This has to be a scam.

received several calls from this number, did not answer, and do not have any reason for them to call me.

This number left a robo-message on my machine for a long since deceased relative, the message says not to listen if you are not the person the message in intended for and that to listen is illegal.  Therefore you never get the company name and phone number to be removed from the list if you can believe that to listen is illegal.   Thanks for the heads up I will ask to be removed from their list!

At least once or twice a month, I get these recordings saying that it's an important message from the Law office of Mitchell N Kay.  Very annoying.  So today I decided it was time to end them especially after reading what everyone on here was saying.
When I called I spoke with Nikki who asked for the telephone# they were calling & then wanted the last 4 of my social sec#.  I told her I wouldn't give her my social sec# info, so she asked if I was born in a certain year, which of course I wasn't because they don't really want me. Then she asks if I have a niece with the same name???  What???  Love how they just find a person with a similar name & harrass them...ridiculous

Looking for someone that has not lived here for at least seven years.

I received a call from this number and they said the were selling gourmet boogers so I decided to buy a basket full.

In my deep sleep at 8AM on 12/21/09, my phone rang, look at my caller id
and saw that number 877-247-6116.  no knowledge who  and  why,  I owe no one
why disturbed someone first for abosouletly nothing.f

These slimy idiots called my prepaid phone, asking for someone else, in total wasting a dollar of phone credit.  I called them back and told them to never call me again.  How annoying to even have to deal with this, and forget about reimbursement.

Got another call from this number saying "if you are not Jason Arozzo, do not listen to this message."  I finally called the number and asked them to take me off their list, that I do not know the person they were looking for.  A young man asked me how long I have had my telephone number.  I answered for 12 years!  Then he said, "oh, well we will take your number off our list and sorry for the inconvenience."  Hope that is done with.

Got a call from this number looking for Barbara Johnson - this is the first and I hope only call. The voice recording sounds like some foreign game show host.

Called, mentioned that if you weren't a certain person not to listen, told me that I had a debt with them. I've heard of things like this.
