American Financial Service. They are using the illegal tactic of claiming the number is not in service response. Penalty up to $5000 for this behavior. Report them.

Someone who claims to be a law office left a message on my phone saying that because I did not hang up ( can't hang up on a voice message) I must be this person named Lagasha (sounded that way to me. )They are  looking for this person who they claim have a debt. Asking me to call this law office and enter some case number.
I think this is the same number that calls three or four times a day. I am on a no call list for sales etc. I don't know if this is some kind of trick or what it is, but I am not calling them back.
