I received a message on my cell phone from this number about a file they had on their desk pertaining to a personal matter and it needed my immediate attention.  I ignored it as the number was private. The next day I received another call stating I ignored her the previous day by not calling her back. (she was harsh, and had a threatening tone to her voice.) She seemed angry. Then my ex husband received a call stating they needed to speak to me regarding a personal decision and to have me contact them. Really? How did they get his number? Wow.....really embarrassing regardless if I owe a debt or not. I don't want to even speak to her. I understand that harassing me like that with family members is illegal. I won't call her back now at all.
