    "Carl Norman" called our office with a blank Caller ID and asked if he could speak to the owner to see if he would want to make a donation for "Kids To Go To The Circus". Told him the owner was busy and he could leave a message. He said there is no message and then asked if I wanted to donate. After I said no thanks, his 'hick' accent disappeared as quickly as my patience. Scam.
