but does anyone know who? collection agency for what? I was told the name of the company is Maryland National and thats all they would divuldge???

they represent Household bank, HFC, Beneficial a third party collections agency called Square 2

Collect one or something like that, when I called the number back machine said Square One-formerly Collect one.

They are a collections company called Financial recovery Services or FRS. They collect for a debt buyer called Square 2 Financial (<-their debt buying name is CACH,LLC), but they may lso just be collecting directly for any of the original creditor previously mentioned - Citi (retail accnts), HSBC, GEMB, whatever. Got a "Notice of Privacy Policy of CA Holding, In. Family of Companies" letter from these jokers. It lists a total of 12 companies it could have come from and basically says they're collecting information on you and might disclose it to others and that "Keeping your account accurate and up to date is very important. ... You can assist us by checking your account from time to time to discover obsolete or inaccurate information." and then encourages you to call or e-mail them.

NO WHERE does it state they are a collection agency (though they are) nor does it tell you which "company" it's from.

The number they want you to call is the 877-248-8343.

Don't fall for it. They're just fishing and hoping to trick people into calling them.

Scott Lowery' makes Gollum look (literally and figuratively) like Prince Charming. Google him and look at his picture.
