They are trying to say I have charges and a claim for a debt with ACE Cash Express dated Apr 2010. That loan was paid off, I just spoke to ACE Cash Express corporate collections which verified that loan was paid off.

This is CFAM Financial. A collection company out of Dallas, TX. They buy charged off auto loans.

It is a company that purchase debts, especially car loans.  They are professional and will honor the payment arrangement that you have set up with the original creditor.

Claiming to be Benchmark Services from Chandler, AZ. claiming to be a collection mediator lawyer that buys loans from payday companies such as Advance America and CashNet USA. They complain that I have several unpaid loans with both companies, funny thins is I called both loan companies and I don't have a loan never did. I emailed the mayor of Chandler, AZ and ask if there was a business in that city, they replied back, "No business of such name is in the city"
So take that so-called business. Try to take me to court.
