Called people I wasn't even related to.  Sounds very shakey.  Actually the word these people used was harrass.

Called my Mom looking for me (I never lived at that address) saying it was VERY IMPORTANT, identified themselves as C.R.A. and left a six digit reference number. I called and got a recording saying it was the office of C.R.A.

The person stated it was Ruffy Martin CRA? what is this?  they have contacted people in my past 10 years and scared my dad.

I recieved a call from a private number and did not answer.  The caller left a message stating that they needed to get a hold of me regarding an urgent matter. They also stated that I can get legal council if I needed  prior to calling.  The person who left the message said that his name was Andrew and he said that he was calling from CRA.  He had a southern accent. He left a six digit extention, and called more than once.  

The 2nd time he called, the phone number was not blocked. He left the same type of message and called from the following number 704.753.7807 (A North Carolina Phone Number)

A woman with southern-accent from CRA (???) left a voice message with 6 digit reference number and said that she needed to talk to me.
I have no idea what she was calling about.

called and harrassed family memebers and people I knew from the past.
said to speak to me or my registered agent immediately and there was important papers in their office that needed to be signed.  my number is unpublished.

left messages at my parents stating that they were with CRA???? and that it was very urgent reguarding a case and gave a number.

My fathers company Received call from same number telling them I have a civil matter that needs to be handled immediately. called them back to have Southern Boy tell me I need to lose my hostile attitude and he'll see me in court. They are an idiot scam.

They know my name how is it they do not know my phone number or my address?  Why are they trying to call friends and family making them think there is a past due debt(contact info), collections (file number), or some serious legal problem (mediation)?

I pay my bills on time, so I assume this is a slimy con game for some low life people to fraudulently steal and bilk people out of money, or it is some company trying to get me to pay a disputed bill that I don't legally owe by stooping to slander and inuendo in order to embarass me in hopes I will pay them in order to make their phone calls go away.  It is harrassment and illegal; If it continues I will take legal action.  I suggest anyone else getting a call from CRA write your lawmakers to have them investigated and to seek out an attorney to sue for damages and harrassment.

Received a call from someone at this number stating they were with CRA and wanted to speak with my other half concerning a very urgent legal matter and that they needed to speak with him immediately. I explained to them that he would not be home until way later this afternoon and I took a message in which they left a 9 digit "case" number. After curiosity sank in as to what this was pertaining to I called the number back to get an address for the business and the woman that answered the phone asked why I wanted the number and I told her that I know without details of the business my other half would not call back. Still did not end up with an address and the lady actually hung up on me!

MAYBE WHEN YOU CALL YOU SHOULD LET THEM KNOW THE NUMBER THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, INSTEAD OF YELLING AND SCREAMING.

How do you stop these so called people from calling family members? I don't even know what they want or who they are.
Can I bring some kind of legal action against them?
When you call them back thier rude, and won't tell you where thier located or what they want.
I'm going to call my lawyer.

got a message on my phone asking for a person (wilfredo maja) whom I do not even know.  The message was from "Mr Sid" from the CRA offic and he said that it was very urgent that wifredo return his call today.  I called back just to find out who they were. A man with a Southern accent answered the phone, "offices of the CRA."  I asked who he was and he responded, "Chris Adams."  I asked why they had called and he was very evasive and said don't worry about it I'll take your number off the list. I asked "what does the CRA do?" and he resonded, "private stuff."  I kept asking questions and he got very angry and hung up on me.

Please add 2 more names in this list, Amy and Lindsay who are related with this number also called me but didn't know the person they were asking about.

I'm also receiving calls - stating they are the CRA - I don't know what that is - they are trying to get in touch with my ex-sister in law - to which I have not been in that family for 20 years - I have been living in my current apartment for 9 or so months - from what I understand the person they are looking for has resided in the same house and city for many years - now how can they find me - and not her? This is just too weird - they - like other posters - state how urgent this is - for the person they are looking for to call them - or me call them back - I DO NOT want involved - and I have no idea where this person they are looking for lives - altho - I've told her brother (my x) that someone is looking for her -he doesn't want involved either. They have also been calling my son who lives in Mass - in the last few years looking for his "aunt" and he has no clue where she is either. I live in CA - and have for 20 years - now go figure how they can find me and not the person they are looking for! Thank goodness they call during the day - I'm at work - and they just leave messages........

Mr. Caigle called and left message on answering machine. He seemed to have trouble choosing his words, but said it was URGENT that a particular person(he stated their name) needed to call this number IMMEDIATELY.  He really liked using the word URGENT.  He never stated who he was representing. The caller ID showed the number calling as 414-433-1630.
This, of course, is a private number located in Hales Corner, WI apparently near Milwaukee.

Received two phone calls now from these people at my work and the ladies name is Marisa. She like all the others it sounds like uses the words Urgent, Legal Representative and call back immediately. I have not called because there are several complaints all over the internet about these people but I haven’t seen a post saying how to stop them from calling?

Call left from Miranda Whitten 877-261-6486 stating I was the contact relative for John Jacobsen (adult son of my ex husband- whom I have not had contact with for 9 years)- left a file #762-491- stated she was with the office of CRA? re paperwork.  When I attempted to call back the # would not accept calls from blocked phone #s.
