picked up the phone after their second call and they hung up without saying anything.

Stop looking for some one that I have been divorced from for 13 yrs!   I had to call another number yesterday
only 800 number. They answered and I told them so I am removed from list!

I pick up and say,"Hello, this is Dianna" and then it hangs up'
Calls back same thing.

I tried it and says no one is there to answer or take a message and it hangs up.

If it's a debt collector they aren't doing a very good job making their calls. I pick up no reply, I call back I get the message stated above and it hangs up. My bills are paid. Stop calling me!

I received call from this number claiming they were a surgery company following up with, and they gave my sister's first name.

No message.  They repeatedly call and hang up

How many times do you call a person in a day before it turns into harassment? Calling me twice within 5 minutes is NOT ok, first of all, second of all I haven't had surgery that my insurance hasn't paid. You need to make sure you have all your information correct before you call me again, This is old and you really should not call people when they are on a do not call list. I told the lady who I spoke with that, she freaked out and hung up!

I've received 5 calls from this number in the past 3 hours.  I just called it back and it's a number to get help in a national disaster.  It says to leave a message and they will call you back and then hangs up. grrrr..

same number called mee.. i answered and they hung up.. i called the number and a recording came on saying i reached the National Treatment Center.. and that i reached them after hours and to leave my name and number.. lol yeah okay..

a web search came back to http://www.nationaltreatmentcenters.org/ however.. the phone number that called mee is NOT for this place that HELPS ppl who losts jobs, families, and succombed to stresses and began using substanses to cope with the sense of personal failure that isnt their doing.. its the way the WORLD IS that causes ppl their problems..

the ONLY company i have an issue with is Verizon about an out standing balance AFTER i switch carriers and ported my telephone number to my new carrier and they continued to bill mee for a month i wasnt with them.. ( something to do with breaching my contract when i WASNT under any contract with VerA$$on.. ( talking tho them is a nightmare )

anyways.. even tho i have been disputing the $130.00 balance and i still get got calls from Verizons automated system that reminds mee about the balance due.. so if ( as you Guys say ) this is a number to a collections company.. they use Deceptive Practices that gives organizations that actually try to help ppl a BAD rap and a reason to avoid calls from a Boniface Organization trying to reach ppl for whatever reason..

You keep calling our number 678-519-4309 we are not who you are looking for please stop we are registered on the do not call list.

Most definitly a scam number! After reading all your comments and putting it with my experience.. They called me to help me set up a free councultation for a plastic surgeon. I think they find out what your looking for and try and get info from you! Don't give ANYTHING over the phone!! Common sense!!!
