Same as previous comment, ""Removal" number listed on a junk fax advertising bogus life insurance rates".  Return FAX on form was 312-533-2826. This was also the number listed on the Junk FAX header.

Same here. Junk spam fax. Phone Company "Level 3 Communications" notified about their customer violation of Can-Spam law. I e-mailed phone company and asked them to "Cease and Desist." (lots of luck). I also filed a complaint with IL AG.

I keep receiving an unsolicited fax from number 404.829.2387, a bogus life insurance carrier.  The "removal" number is 877.261.9427, which is also bogus because the faxes continue to come at my expense.  FTC here I come with a formal complaint.

Please stop these unwanted and unsolicited faxes that I keep receiving at my expense.  I'm a small business and I can hardly survive now let alone pay for your junk faxes.  Please stop now.

And another junk fax using this as their fake removal number.  The fax is still the same life insurance scam.
