Calls every day this week. I don't answer unless I know who it is.
This number won't leave message.

Calls 2x day around lunch and dinner time, "unknown" caller for weeks. Often the phone does not ring, just says a call was missed. No messages are left.
If I do answer before they hang up, a recorded message asking for "Steve and Jay Harris". Does not say what company they are representing.

This is the Regional Adjustment Bureau, a collection agency.  Funny thing is, they were calling me and asking for my elderly father. I told them that he was not available, the CSR asked if I could conference him in. No. I asked if this was a collection agency. CSR's (Customer Service Rep) response: pause...no.
LIAR! I doubt I hear from them again.

Calls home phone  everyday never leaves a message .... today  called on my cell phone which is unlisted.

Call was from Donna on a recorded line but she could not even say my name correctly. Unclear where she was from

Called me 3 times in a row at 8:30 am. I returned the call and asked where they were calling from, they said they wouldn't disclose the company or agency they were calling from unless i gave them my first and last name, along with my phone number. I said i would not disclose this unless they were to give me more details about where they were calling from. They refused.

Ive blocked the number already on my phone but I still get a 4 second voicemail from them that simply says "Hello". They call at least 3 times a week
