called the number and they guy wanted to give us $150 gift card to setup an appointment for water testing at our house... When I asked how they got our information he said he wouldnt know that. When I asked who he worked for he hung up on me

Received a post card in the mail stating, "Notice of Parcel on Hold, for delivery of your parcel call 877.270.4413".  I got on this website before calling them and was grateful that others had already done the research to prove that this was a scam attempt.  This website is wonderful.  Nice work.  My thanks to the owners.

My mailbox is overflowing with these cards, up to 3 a day since we started receiving mail here. New home in new neighborhood so probably scanning new title registrations.

scam. I was sent a postcard indicating a parcel was on hold, with a phone number to call. Being new to the city and having been out of the country for several years, I do not know the method here and thought this came from the post office. When I called, the person would not give a name but did confirm he was not the post office. When I asked who was calling, he said "gift department" and when I asked what company, he said something that sounded garbled. When I asked to repeat the name, he hung up

Just called the number and the women who answered was rude and hung up on me.

same thing happened to me as well. received the card. i called and they are very rude, then hung up when i tried to ask more questions

Called this number & spoke to Deanna she said this was an additional gift as part of the Welcome Packet. She set up a time for someone to do free water testing & I would receive a gift card. Unfortunately I fell for this, set up the appt. and unfortunately told her I live alone. She said she would call to confirm. Now I’m concerned I will be targeted. I’m going to report it to the local police who I hope will send someone here if the person arrives.

Why don't you cancel the appointment?

I received a call at my office # voicemail from a man named Anthony Williams, stating a litigation case # of some type against someone named Patty Williams. I called back back a man answered saying Litigation office how may I help you, I explained I received a message about a case by mistake, he said his name was Jason Alvarez and if i got any more calls to reference his name and the mixup will be corrected.

Got postcard in the mail with my name and "Current Homeowner" labelled NOTICE OF PARCEL ON HOLD, with instructions to phone this number for English, and 877-249-9440 for Spanish. Checked this website's comments. Obvious scam.

SCAM; WATCH OUT

Received a notice of parcel on hold in my mailbox. I called the number but nobody answered. Then I did some investigating and began to think this was a scam. Finally, I came here to find that others who were directed to call 877-270-4413 also found it was a scam.
