Received call stating he was from USAA and wanted to talk about my life insurance policy. I have none. I told "do not call again, and remove this number from your call list".

to follow-up after I got quotes from their website.

I just got a letter in the mail from usaa. They want me 2 convert my TERM  life insurance to "permanent" life insurance. That is why they called me from this number.  BE WARNED CONSUMERS, I WAS ONCE LICENSED IN LIFE/HEALTH insurance. Anything but TERM LIFE insurance is a lousy, rip you off product.

Called after I sent a message on the USAA website asking for information on life insurance.  Legit call, at least it was in my case.

I also have been getting calls from them wanting to convert my term policy.  This is USAA but it is frustrating.  I have told them not to call me about this anymore but they keep calling.  I don't want to block the number because I have other accounts with them.

Yes, it is from USAA.  They were calling to "make sure my policies were up to date" (I have term life insurance policies with them), but then tried to sell me whole life insurance policies for my young children.  Overall I am happy with USAA, so I just ignore things like this.

Answered phone and was greeted by a USAA representative, who was calling about an insurance quote I requested using the tool on the USAA website. This # is not SPAM.
