Fraud alert service from my credit union, double-checking on a recent bill pay transaction. Did not ask any sensitive info.

8772714720 CallerID. Pfrizer Risk Operations does not exists.  Tried to google and the number is assigned to Jacquanna Smith. Someone by Derrick answers, his extension 43674 and states there is some bad activity with your bank and gives you a case number.  Banks do not use case numbers.  This is a scam to wipe out your bank account.  Beware!!!

Legit... my credit union calling to see if I made a particular large bill pay--I did not, so they stopped it!

This is a legitimate company though we were suspicious at first because of the way things were handled. After calling our bank, they verified that it was a third party company hired to check out potential fraud. In this case it was a transfer to a new bank account of ours.
The name of the company is Fiserv not Pfizer though I had to have the man spell it to figure that out!
