(877) 271-5354 just appeared in my call log.  Don't know who it is, but suspect it's a robocall of some kind.

No message left. I will not answer next time either unless it is tied to something searchable

Said he was Shaun from USAA in San Antonio.  Toll Free Call ID.  Probably bogus.  I cussed him out.  I don't talk to strangers on the phone about financial matters.

It's legit. USAA called & left a VM offering financial advice & etc. I do not need any at this time, so deleted.

It is USAA Financial Div.  They usually don't call unless you have called them.

It is USAA - legit call.  In response to some recent financial transactions I made and making sure I didn't have any questions.

Claimed to be USAA.  I would just like to say, just because they say they are USAA doesn't mean it really is someone from USAA.  They were trying to sell me life insurance...could have been a 3rd-party.  I told them if I was interested I would check their website and if I had any questions I WOULD CALL THEM. And not at the number they called me from.  From the number listed on their website.

For anyone reading this, never give your bank account or personally identifiable information to anyone WHO CALLS YOU...remember, they called you and can claim to be anybody.

USAA financial. Wants to talk about investments.

Caller CLAIMED to be USAA, but I was skeptical.  I called the real USAA to report the contact.  USAA makes a record of all contacts with clients and had no record of the call.  They also checked to see it this is one of their number and it isn't.  Seems fraudulent.

This is an obvious scam.  USAA DOES NOT call you out of the blue to "help" you invest your money.  This number has been linked to several scams.

The caller left me a voicemail and *claimed* to be from USAA financial but, 1) Did not have my name and 2) wanted me to call him.  But didn't leave an extension.  And it sounded like he was on a cell phone outside.  And it doesn't match USAA's number on the website.  ***PROBABLY A SCAM***  I reported it to USAA.

A young man called me today and left a message saying that they saw I was browsing their investments on their website this past weekend and wanted to know if I had any questions or if they could help.  I am indeed a USAA member and was indeed browsing their investments this past weekend.  Call seems legit, unless there is someone tracking me while I browse, but that seems a bit paranoid.

This seems legit.  I am a member of USAA, they knew my name number, that I made recent IRA transaction, and they were specific about it.  I get why some others felt it might be a scam, I'm 99% sure its not.

Same exact thing for me, I called the main USAA number and it was legit.

It is legit. I did request information from USAA re: investing via their website. They called on my work phone and left a message (I had listed my work contact number). I have the utmost faith in USAA and feel they really look out for their members.

Female stated calling about solar panels that would significantly reduce energy bill, would like to ask a few questions to see if homeowner qualifies, advised caller I don't answer questions to cold calls, she said Thanks-you & hung up.
