I received a call from this number. They said they were calling about Human/Medicare.

I received a call from this number about my "enrollment" without any details about what I was enrolling in. I suspect a scam but I am not going to call them back.

We did enroll in Humana but I don't answer questions over the phone from anyone who calls me. I make the calls.

A person calls and their number show as "unknown" they say they are from Humana and need info on our recent enrollment. They they as for my personal info---nope I don't trust. I agree to call the customer service number which I can not locate on their website. There are numbers but NOT this one. It's a standoff which is sadly a sign of the times.

I received a call from this number telling me that they received my application for Medicare but they can't process it because need additional information.  Puts me.on hold for more than 5 minutes.  I hung and call back, answered a machine telling me that they are with other customers.

A person named Deana called from an UNKNOWN number and did not leave a call back number but she did say that I should receive paperwork in the mail within 10-14 days with their approval of my application.  I am looking to verify the caller, but not interested in Humana Insurance

I received a call; they left this message on my voice mail with this number 877 271 5776.  I called back and the person that I talked with said that his name was Orion (I think).  He said that he was with Humana and that they needed additional information.  They needed forms to be filled out with my medical history from my doctor.  He said that I needed this back by the end of the month or I wouldn't have any insurance, that it would be cancelled.  I have just called Humana and they have no info on this phone call, that no one from Humana has made a call to me in reference to this and that my insurance is not scheduled to be terminated.  This is a scam phone call.  Humana is now aware of this and will take whatever measures are necessary.

A message was left by a female computerized voice saying this call was for my Medicare approved plan from Humana and they cannot process my enrollment application without further information from me and to call them back as soon as possible or I would not have Medicare coverage by the enrollment deadline.  I called my Medicare agent and he said they don’t usually call and if I wanted to call them back, I should use a number from an official letter sent by Medicare.

I received a call from 877-271-5776 and the connection was poor. It was “Jennifer” allegedly from Humana and she said Humana needed more information to process my request to join. I did request to switch from the other insurance company I am enrolled with and was with Humana for 6 years in the past. She wanted me to verify my DOB and address and I said I wasn’t comfortable doing that since SHE called me. She said I could call back to the same number and gave me a “case number.” I’ve never been called when enrolling. I’m not calling this number back

Received a call about my application to Humana need more info to complete my application. I don't give info over the phone hung up not sure about this number.

I just received a call from this number and suspected a scam as well. I did not provide my date of birth when asked and the lady got very short with me so I hung up.

I got an unknown call from this number, I don't answer, they hung up and call again and again. Thanks to these reviews, I don't take calls from unknown numbers. They left no message, I did sign up for Humana Medicare Advantage last month, but I don't provide any personal information over the telephone. I think it's a scam because I have a Humana Agent that would call me if he needed any more information.

Told me to reapply for the Humana drug plan as they needed more info
