I got a call from your service today. I tried to explain things to Kevin ext. #235 when he started screaming very rudely and hung up in my ear, Not very professional by no means. I was not rude bot this man was very rude to me . How do expect people to talk to you when your staff acts like this ?

unwanted call from this number and i don't have a debt from them.

my number is not in their directory and the number that they have is not mine!

I do not have debt nor have I dealt with this company before

I keep getting calls from a Mr Francis ext 232. I explained my situation and told him that the person he is looking for which is my ex does not live here any longer and he told he he will keep calling until i change my number, and i have alot of business calls coming to this phone, its not easy to change it at the moment.. and I shouldn't have to change it. I asked for a supervisor to call back and they refuse, he screams and yells. What can I do???

I received a call from this number at my home asking someone who does not live at this number to call him back.  When I called to explain that they had a wrong number, the man on the other end of the phone was so rude to me because I would not give him my name when all I wanted to tell him was that he had a wrong number.  They do not need to know my name to know they have called a wrong number especially when they have given me a reference number. If I ever get a call again from this company, I will make sure to ignore it and erase it from my voice mail - and they can go to hell!! I don't know what kind of company this is but I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the rudeness of the people working there.   Extremely poor customer service that's for sure!!

I cannot believe the audacity to call me when I am NOT the person they are looking for, and NO ONE call tell me how they got my number!!!! Very pissed off! REPORT REPORT REPORT

Are these guys for real? I don't trust these numbers  so checked out their website input the reference number etc that's required for a log in and lo and behold there is no account held with those details?
WTF do they take us for?
I don't believe I'll be calling these guys back anytime soon!

got a message looking for some one that has never lived at my address called them back ext 231 very nice fellow told him he has a wrong number that "paul" never lived at my address he appoligised, never asked for my name said he'd put on the report false number.
now only time will tell if they keep calling or not.

This number calls about once a week,  definitely a scam, who would get away with a huge debt. and where do they get the nerve to try and collect money we don't owe, and how do we catch them. we are fed up.my credit is fine. sick of the calls.

Call the better business bureau

This number(1-877-271-8275) Ext 216 person name is Richard and they called my mother in law in Orangeville Ontario at 7am and my hubby lives in Shelburne. It's a scam. Don't call this number back. Yes they are very ignorant people.
