    did not get a call, but a postcard in the mail. No return a address, or a company name really (Mortgage solutions). Just a phone number.

    Yes, I called them. The company name is ..."Mortgage Solutions" They seem to be legit from what I can figure. I'm behind on my mortgage & they're going to work with the mortgage company to get me back to being current.
     I'm still going to check a little more into the company before sending them any money but from what I've found so far they seem legit.
