they keep calling and telling me they have papers to serve but give me this no. and when i call it they are for carzy papday loans

I received the same exact call and message, but was told it was a cival suite and could not be told anymore becasue I was not the the person they asked for. Did anyhting else come up?

I received the same call but they contacted my boss and told him I needed to be in court the next day.

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone and home number! Asking for different people each time!

They said I was going to be served a civil suite and they knew way too much information!!

I received a call stating they were going to garnish my wages and they keep harassing me... What can I do to get them to stop

Warning !!!! These are scammers. I got a call while at my Great grandmothers veiwing on my mothers cell phone.  The number was Restricted so I anwered thinking it was my husband calling. The first guy said he had a civil suite and needed to serve me with papers. He then gave us  1 (877)278-5602. Which my mother then called because I am 23.5 weeks pregnant, home on leave for a niece in the nicu and my grandmother's funeral.  They told her that it was a $900 and some dollar collection for JB Robison and they are taking me to court. They also said my account was open from 2004-2010. They had the last 4 of my ssn and a bunch of the addresses of places I have lived.  I then got on the phone and they said the same thing to me. I then told the man I would call back tomorrow. And he said he would put a 24 hr hold on this. After returning to my mothers house I called JB Robinson. And found out the truth...  I do owe $85 (not $900???) and my acount was closed in 2005 not 2010 which means they cant take me to court because of the statue of limits. I had back in 2004 sent the payment for the $85 but they never got it.  I think my ex took the check then took the money from my account, but that doesnt matter now. I never got any papers saying I had missed a payment or that it was being sent to a collection agency. Also this isnt on my credit report so there is no way they are going to get $900. I dont mind paying the $85 payment that I missed. But that will be handled with JB not this company (Empire).

I spoke with Jason Klen and told him what I found out and he said they are sending the information to me anyhow. Even if they do call me to court they are going to have a hard time because we are currently living in Europe. And any judge will look and see that I never owed $900. I am not paying when they dont even have the fact right on this account. Another number they use is (909) 256-6204.

Hey that Jason Klein he also tried calling me.  He has threathen me and told me that I will get served anyways email me I don't know what to think but I think they are a scam...
