BAM Group, a bunch of Buffalo, NY debt collectors on drugs trying to scam consumers with threats of litigatio and court actions.
You would think that being so close to Canada they did not have to launder drug money, but what else can you do in the ccccold Buffalo winters.

I got a call from someone yesterday and today at my work. She said that she is a Court State Process Server and that I need to call these people or she'd have to serve me papers today. I called the number and got voicemail.

How do you manage to get more info? I can't find anything on this BAM group.

I contacted Budd Hibbs (http://www.budhibbs.com/) and he said that this company has to send me something in writing, so I left a voicemail telling them that I assume they have all my info on file and that they need to send me the amount of the original debt, the company to which the debt was owed originally, and when the debt occurred.

I got the same call from a server/processor in my state and would put my paper to the end of the file until I can call that number listed.  I called and also received a voice mail??  I am also requesting a copy of the paperwork that they have on me.  Good Luck!
