I've reported them to the FBI. Hopefully these criminals can be arrested and prosecuted. They appear to be identity thieves.

I believe it's BB&T. What have they done? Maybe you are confusing them with someone else.

BB&T keeps calling for some chick in collections.... I called back - they answered. Got the person's name and employee number and said if you call again, I'm filing a police report for harassment... Make the calls stop!!!!

When you call the number back it is BB&T and it is an automated system.

I called the number back and it went to business services at BB&T. The CSR on their end could not have been more courteous.
