Got a call from an unknown number, the caller left a message. Said her name was Sandra, and that I should call her back @ this number: 877-279-2941.

On Tuesday, October 30, 2007 @ 1:33PM, I received a call on my cell from an "UNKNOWN" number and didn't answer it.  Here's the voicemail message that was left word-for-word:

"Hi, [my first name].  I need to talk to you.  If you could please give me a call back.  My name is Tammy.  Phone number is 877-279-2941.  Regarding [my ex-roommate's first and last name].  Thank you."

I found it strange that she called with an unknown number and didn't bother to tell me which company she was with.  I found it equally as strange that she called me about a person that hadn't been my roommate for almost a year and didn't tell me what it was about.

NOTE:  I registered my cellphone number on the National "Do Not Call" Registry a couple of years ago.

Received similar call.  "Hello [callee].  This is Melissa.  Please give me a call back at 1-877-279-2941."

Returned the call.  The caller was Melissa from National Account Systems, Inc.  They are a collection agency on behalf of (in this case) a medical facility.

Extremely inquisitive about financial and employment information.  Actually a little on the pushy side.  Mild threat of if the account wasn't dealt with in a timely manner, it would end up on manager's desk and the manager had "other means" to settle the debt.

I got message from Terrance telling me that I should call him back at 1-877-279-2941

Call from Shelby at 877-279-2941, asked for Brian Delkowski (?)asked for unknown person at business address.  She asked for call back.  Seems like harassment.

Left a similar message-
Please return this call at 877-279-2941..Again this is Shannon, please return my call at 877-279-2941.  They didn't say who they wanted or what company they were with.  Just a request to call back.

Got a call from Jenny @ this number, she got cut off and didn't leave a whole message.....

"Shane, This is Jenny give me a call 877-279-2941"

No last name nor business name, not returning this call.......
