Charter calling to tell me my order has been changed and there is nothing I can do about it except bend over and take it. 1hr 30 minutes later of being on hold I cancel my charter appointment. Screw charter!

It was charter calling to confirm an appointment.  I'm glad they called because it made it easy to cancel :)

Charter called yesterday and twice today even though an installation date and time was already put into place.... I called last night like they said and was told not to call that number and I was given their customer service number thinking that it would be taken care of....NOT!!!!!!

Called me to say they are trying to schedule my installation date. I never called them in fact they are calling on my work number. What gives?

With that attitude they are probably happy you canceled.
