Froze my laptop....said it MUST call within five minutes.  In address was secure Microsoft Corp.  I had gone to a website regarding PHOTOS.  ANYONE else experience this?

Lots and lots of people.  It is caused by ads on the websites and you get it because you do not block the ads.  As long as you do not allow them access to your computer you should be fine.  Shut the browser down (you may have to hard stop it using task manager or hard shut the computer down).  Disconnect from the internet.  Restart, and do not allow your browser to reload the pages.  Clear the cache and cookies.  Run a malware scan.  You can obtain either Malwarebytes or Spybot to do that and they are both free.  You should be ok after that, however if you do not block ads and allow popups without your permission it will happen again and again.
