I received a called from a man stating that i was going to get prosecuted for owing a payday loan in may of 2007.  i took out two loans and i paid it back but the creditor didnt send me information about the other debt which was the second and I tried to  explain to them what happen and could i make some kind of arrangement even pay the debt off when i get may taxes he reply was "i have good news and bad news he was going to let me pay the debt so they wouldnt bring criminal charges check fraud and send notification to my job well i told him i couldnt come up with 679.45 in two hours he told me to call back or mdont if i didnt have the money.  then he change and said can you come up with 200 in the morning i said i would try when he call i told him i didnt have it.  but i called someone and told them how mean he was and all the threats.  then i was informe dthat he was breaking the  law.  so this is still on going stay tuned

hi this same thing is happening to my mom and he gave her 2 hrs or told her that he was going to prosecute her and that she would do 30 days in jail. he gave the name Mark Newman and we were wondering if this is the same guy u had a run in with..everything u stated above is exactly what he told her and he threatened her and was very nasty. thanks for ur time..
